We had to run Water 150 feet and Electric 200 feet, the watering system inside is automatic with it's own timer control, Heat and the Grow Light are controled by their respective timers. The vents on top of the Green House are controled by gas thermostatic heat operated openers. We can leave for extended periods of time without having to worry about the plants , ie my Bonzai's etc.
